Term Limits Again

More disgusting news from Washington. Entrenched legislators are being identified as a type of inside traders. It is reported that they buy stocks and then enact legislation to benefit the companies of their stock purchases. On Wall Street this would be a criminal offence. Term limits would wipe out, or greatlly reduce this criminal behavior. Career politicians work to be reelected.They do not work for the people or the good of our country. They pander to special interest groups for votes and do not take care of the nations business and best interests. Limited terms is the answer. The founding fathers did not envison career senators or congressmen. The idea was that a patriot would want to serve his country for a term or two and then go back to his chosen career. This mess we have in our federal government is because too many poiticians have been in office much too long. Many state and local governments are in that same condition. It is time to send those, who do not know enough to leave, home. Vote them out! I will not vote for another candidate who will not vote to impose term limits and honor that commitment.
