On the Team

Rick Santorum described himself as a team player when he served in the U.S. Senate. Mitt Romney has ridiculed and attacked Santorum for that statement. Romney indicated that playing on the team was not being an individual benefitting the American public. At that time, when the party was controlled by the Republican moderates, being a team player was the only way to make some progress. I must remind Governor Romney that there is now a new team. A team made up of conservative Republicans, the Tea Party and a large bastion of independents. It was this new team that made tremendous gains and dramatically changed the House of Representatives in 2010. Mr. Romney, wake up and smell the coffee! If you want to become our President, you, damned well, better become a team player. Go Team! --------Grandpa Gordon
